Thirty organisations. Twelve months. One toolkit.

Across Australia, organisations are trying many different ways to engage young people. Those lessons are rarely shared. We brought the sector into one room to change that.

Why now?

The future of work isn't coming. It's already here.

Young people are entering the workforce with different expectations. AI is reshaping jobs. And the skills organisations need tomorrow aren't always the ones they needed yesterday.

Future Minds brings together emerging talent, industry expertise and hands-on experiences to help organisations engage their people, explore what's next and build the capabilities to act on it.

Explore how we can make magic together

Whether you're looking to connect with the next generation, energise your team or explore a new challenge, we'll build an experience around what you're trying to achieve.

Events

Connect your brand with the next generation.

From youth-focused experiences to industry events, we create memorable moments that put your organisation in front of emerging talent.

We've worked with UNIQLO Australia, Ferrero, Cartier and Monash University to create fun, high-energy experiences that bring young people and organisations together.

Students, some in uniforms, sitting and working on laptops in a busy classroom or study space.

Workshops

Give your people new skills and a reason to use them.

Practical, hands-on sessions designed to build future-ready capabilities, challenge thinking and get people collaborating.

We've delivered workshops with organisations including the City of Melbourne, State Library Victoria and Future Group, across entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and future skills.

Hackathons & Innovation Challenges

Give people a real problem. See what they can do.

Bring your teams, emerging talent or both together to tackle a real-world challenge.

We design and facilitate end-to-end innovation experiences — from the challenge brief and workshops through to prototyping, pitching and judging.

Speaking & Panels

Bring a fresh perspective into the room.

From keynote talks to fireside conversations and panels, we bring practical insight on young people, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and the future of work.

Our team has spoken with Fortune 500 companies on platforms including the World Economic Forum, World Youth Development Forum, UN Climate Change conferences, alongside leading businesses, universities and government.

Custom Collaborations

Have something else in mind? Let's build it.

Sometimes the best idea doesn't fit neatly into a category.

We'll work with you to design a program, experience or challenge around your goals — whether that's engaging your employees, connecting with emerging talent, developing future skills, driving innovation or creating social impact.

What if failure was part of the curriculum?

We brought together 50 Victorian principals for a hands-on workshop exploring how failure-based learning could be embedded into the curriculum. Together, we used design thinking and future-focused approaches to rethink how schools could build more resilient and adaptable students.

Start with a Summit

The Innovation Summit is a one-day event that brings students from different schools together to work on a real problem. Most people start here, because it takes a single day and helps you deep dive into the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.

FutureHack is built for this

FutureHack is a six-week program where teams build and launch a real venture, then pitch it to real industry. Most people arrive with a rough idea and leave with a business, a pitch, and proof they can do it again.

Young Artists Centre

Young Artists Centre is an immersive, extracurricular retail program where you learn to price, sell and scale the things you make. Most people arrive thinking their work is a hobby and leave running a small business.
