The future of work isn't coming. It's already here.
Young people are entering the workforce with different expectations. AI is reshaping jobs. And the skills organisations need tomorrow aren't always the ones they needed yesterday.
Future Minds brings together emerging talent, industry expertise and hands-on experiences to help organisations engage their people, explore what's next and build the capabilities to act on it.
Explore how we can make magic together
Whether you're looking to connect with the next generation, energise your team or explore a new challenge, we'll build an experience around what you're trying to achieve.

Events
From youth-focused experiences to industry events, we create memorable moments that put your organisation in front of emerging talent.
We've worked with UNIQLO Australia, Ferrero, Cartier and Monash University to create fun, high-energy experiences that bring young people and organisations together.

Workshops
Practical, hands-on sessions designed to build future-ready capabilities, challenge thinking and get people collaborating.
We've delivered workshops with organisations including the City of Melbourne, State Library Victoria and Future Group, across entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and future skills.

Hackathons & Innovation Challenges
Bring your teams, emerging talent or both together to tackle a real-world challenge.
We design and facilitate end-to-end innovation experiences — from the challenge brief and workshops through to prototyping, pitching and judging.

From keynote talks to fireside conversations and panels, we bring practical insight on young people, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and the future of work.
Our team has spoken with Fortune 500 companies on platforms including the World Economic Forum, World Youth Development Forum, UN Climate Change conferences, alongside leading businesses, universities and government.

Custom Collaborations

How can we give young people in regional Australia the skills and confidence to create their own opportunities?
We partnered with Toyota to deliver a STEM and entrepreneurship program supporting 200 young people across regional Australia to turn ideas into real-world ventures.
