Helai is a dedicated humanitarian and advocate for human rights, actively engaged in volunteer work and social action projects. In addition to her other social activities, she has established Speak For Change a digital public speaking platform for Afghan youth, particularly girls and women, providing vital opportunities for dialogue and personal development. Helai's efforts through this platform aim to create an atmosphere of dialogue, learning, equality, and unity. Her initiatives connect young people with educators and civil society activists from around the world through online platforms.

After the Taliban banned schools and universities for girls and women in Afghanistan, her volunteer work has impacted over 6000 young people since 2022, and she was awarded the prestigious Diana Award in 2024 for her volunteer and humanitarian work.

Fiorenzo Manganiello (33 y/o) is co-founder and managing partner of LIAN Group - an investment firm with $500mn+ of deployed capital across companies in blockchain, AI, digital infrastructure and healthtech. He is also a professor of blockchain technologies at Geneva Business School and Luiss Business School.

Fiorenzo takes an entrepreneurial approach to all of his work and is committed to building businesses that help power cutting-edge technological advancement. One example is Polar, a data centre firm supporting AI and HPC technologies. Last year, Fiorenzo brought industry titan H.I.G. Infrastructure on board and secured a €500mn deal for the business, bolstering the firm for expansion.

Over on the firm's healthcare investment arm, Fiorenzo has also strengthened the LIAN's position in the healthcare market, bringing dentistry, skincare, and aesthetic medicine firms into its holding portfolio, including Naema  – a healthtech firm valued at approximately $100 million, which he launched last year.

Under his oversight and leadership, Fiorenzo has driven LIAN Group to new heights, opening 7 offices and growing his team to 300+ employees globally.

Outside his day-to-day work, he's a leading digital art collector and established LIAN Foundation, the business' non-profit arm supporting emerging digital artists through partnerships with leading cultural institutions such as Art Basel, the United Nations, and Art Dubai – and just recently, Fiorenzo even launched an acquisition fund at Art Dubai Digital. Through the foundation, he champions the next wave of digital artists, proving that investing isn't just about capital, it's about cultural transformation.

I founded ReTech for Kids, an international nonprofit organization that leads the digital equity and tech refurbishment industries. To date, ReTech for Kids has collected, refurbished, and donated over $50,000 in second-hand devices to over 1000 students in underserved communities across 5 different states and countries. By providing them with fast, reliable personal devices, we ensured that those children had not only the privilege, but the right to compete in today’s modern economy. As a youth-led organization, we rely heavily on youth volunteers for our operation, especially for refurbishment. We host monthly refurbishment workshops that teach our volunteers how to fix and repair computer hardware, an essential skill in numerous professions. Our refurbishment team consists of over 50 student volunteers. We’ve established partnerships with 15 youth-serving nonprofit organizations that make use of our devices. We also host writing competitions to identify ambitious, self-driven youth. For example, our first writing contest Grand Prize winner, Chase, won a $1000 laptop and has gone on to develop his passion for coding and video editing. Chase comes from a low-income community and couldn’t afford a fast personal computer. ReTech for Kids helped him realize his passions and hobbies with a simple laptop. Chase is just one of thousands that ReTech for Kids has helped, and with the support of Future Minds, I hope to help thousands more.

JyteDavis Glory Nmesoma belongs on the Future Minds Under 35 list because she is a purpose-driven leader creating real, measurable impact in Africa through leadership, innovation, and empowerment.

Through her nonprofit, The Kabod Foundation, JyteDavis has directly impacted over 350 young people and women through initiatives like the International Women’s Day Leadership Conference, the Purpose Discovery Series, and the Commonwealth AI Empowerment Program. During the International Women’s Day Leadership Conference 2025, JyteDavis mobilized over 100 women and girls across Nigeria and beyond, featuring 3 high-level speakers. The conference helped participants develop leadership goals, redefine purpose, and connect with mentors.

Since starting in 2021, Youth Climate Save Canada has amplified youth voices for food system transformation as a climate solution. We have met with over 20 Members of Parliament on food policies and gotten 3 MP endorsements for the Plant Based Treaty. We have grown a network of over 1800 youth across Canada, connecting them to opportunities to share their voices and perspectives. Our volunteers have published over 30 educational videos on food and climate topics, spoken on over 50 panels, and served on meetings as part of coalitions including the Canadian Climate Action Network and Coalition for Healthy School Food.

Nika Moeini is a visionary changemaker reimagining Canada's food systems through youth-powered climate action. As the founder of Youth Climate Save Canada, she leads with intersectionality, decolonial values, and systems-thinking to advance sustainable, plant-based solutions. From grassroots events to international panels like COP28 and COP29, Nika elevates youth voices and pushes for climate justice at every level. She’s met with 22 Members of Parliament, reached over 100,000 people online, and mobilized a national network focused on food, climate, and equity. Her leadership empowers youth to see themselves as agents of systemic change.

What tangible impact has this person made on advancing a sustainable economy?

Nika has directly reached 60+ youth through national workshops on sustainable food systems, and over 116,000 viewers through viral educational media. In one campaign to promote the Plant Based Treaty and implementation of Canada’s food guide, she led outreach to 336 Canadian MPs and secured meetings with 22 to advocate for plant-based policy solutions. Her coalition work includes partnerships with 5 organizations and coordination of national youth actions for sustainable food campaigns. She’s represented Canadian youth in 55 policy events and conferences, shaping narratives around food, climate, and justice. Her advocacy contributes to long-term climate mitigation through food system transformation.

Chloe Cho exemplifies unwavering commitment to optimistic social action through her founding and leadership of Solis and Luna Arts, a nonprofit dedicated to using music as a healing force in hospitals and clinics nationwide. Inspired by her grandfather, a Vietnam War veteran suffering from chronic illness, Chloe began playing music to improve his emotional state—resulting in better treatment compliance and a noticeable improvement in his condition. Realizing the power of music to uplift and heal, she founded Solis and Luna Arts to replicate this effect on a broader scale.

Since its inception, Chloe has led over 200 therapeutic music performances annually for patients with physical and mental health challenges. She and her regional directors tailor concerts to each audience by asking for song requests in advance to amplify the impact. Her work has reached more than 4.5K+ patients across the country.

Beyond performance, Chloe raises awareness for music therapy through weekly blogs and podcasts, and has raised over $16,000 in donations and grants to fund her organization’s efforts. She has received funding from numerous organizations such as the Karma for Cara Grant foundation, AmeriCorps, and Youth Service America.

Chloe’s goal was to bring music therapy to underserved communities and normalize its integration in healthcare—and she's well on her way. What began as a personal project inspired by her grandfather has grown into a global nonprofit, Solis and Luna Arts, with over 400 members in 43 regions across 13 U.S. states and 7 countries.

The short-term results are evident in the gratitude expressed by patients, families, and staff. Feedback from Bergen New Bridge Medical Center praised the “mesmerizing performances that created a peaceful atmosphere,” and Englewood Cliffs Upper School described the musicians' work as “deeply impactful and skillful.”

Long-term, Chloe envisions a world where music therapy is more widely accepted in healthcare, and where youth are empowered to become advocates. Her educational efforts—flyers, blog posts, podcast interviews—are laying the groundwork for systemic change. As she continues to expand her organization and mentor young leaders, Chloe is creating a ripple effect of healing, awareness, and hope in healthcare.
