For four years, Kuanysh has been studying biology in depth and is actively engaged in scientific activities. His research on Alzheimer's disease using AlphaFold was accepted at the Harvard University conference - an international recognition that speaks not only of the high level of his scientific approach, but also of his desire to solve the most important problems of mankind. He also interned with two professors of Nazarbayev University, where he participated in laboratory research and practices at NUSOM, one of the strongest medical schools in the CIS.

Kuanysh is actively involved in republican and international projects such as Zhash&Healthy and I CAN, where he conducted research in the field of neuroscience and developed his own project to combat heart attacks among the elderly. These projects emphasize its social orientation and desire to use bioengineering to improve the health of the population.

Ayadi has been the co-leader for multiple LCOYs in India impacting over 1000 yoith through her work. As a researcher and student in CTARA, IIT Bombay, she has worked with 5 villages impacting countless families and farmers for Agro-Forestry and Water conservation/use techniques in use. Through the current projects underway with IIT-B she has written proposals and raised over 10 million for fighting against climate extremes with her research group.

Through Enact and her co-leads, Ayadi has been working on your groups and their financing for South Asia and piloting the climate andental health campaign called kindness with clime (in Hindi).  Through working with a small team of 8, she is founder of a startup working on waste to energy systems in India for the underprivileged.

Empowering Underrepresented Entrepreneurs: Bubl Venture Studios

Haris is the co-founder of Bubl Venture Studios, a platform dedicated to backing underrepresented founders who are building tech-enabled solutions for social impact. In an industry where less than 0.4% of venture capital goes to founders of colour, Haris has been instrumental in disrupting these funding disparities. Under his leadership, Bubl has supported over 40 diverse founders in securing between £250,000 and £1.5 million each, totalling over £20 million in early-stage capital.
