In 48 months, Gen Z will comprise over 25% of the global workforce. We need to find new ways to harness the unique advantage Gen Z brings; whether it’s their creativity, technological adaptability or unique problem-solving approaches. But where do we start?

Challenges are simply untapped opportunities. This workshop explores how every part of management can reimagine how they harness creativity and solutions building to tackle crises. 

 

It includes:

  • Systems thinking and design: exploring underlying systemic challenges and harnessing opportunities to catalyse leadership
  • Ideation: harnessing creativity for problem-first ideas, and gaining insight on how to pivot or persevere around intersecting crises
  • Rapid scaling: Collecting crucial customer data, brainstorming the first iteration of a product/service, and building brand presence
