THE FUTURE MINDS 25 UNDER 25 LIST

These young people have shown us that age doesn’t define us, our actions do. Pandemics, natural disasters and life circumstances have not slowed them in the slightest, but rather propelled them to adapt, innovate and engage even more with their communities.

Here are the next generation of scientists, activists and entrepreneurs inspiring us to reach for the stars. And here’s to the future!

We’ve helped 12,000 young people learn the skills they need to land their dream jobs and create their own.

Globally, we run employment programs in with governments, local councils, schools and universities. This includes in countries like Australia, Singapore, USA, UK, Estonia, Finland, Thailand, and more. Students get to build their own business/ social enterprise. Along the way, they learn crucial social, technological, and entrepreneurial skills which they take into their workplace.

We also work directly with CEOs in over 36 countries. We work with companies to understand Gen Z and create better workplaces so that Gen Z’s unique skills and talents can thrive.

All our work is about inspiring young people and putting them at the centre of change-making. Our alumni have manufactured 3D printed faceshields to tackle COVID19, run successful charities with over 1,000 volunteers, and raised thousands of dollars in funding.

The list is another way to celebrate the amazing young people we get to work with. Often, we will invite our #Future Minds25Under25 to run masterclasses and attend industry networking with our students.

We’re changing career education for good and want to show the world that there is no one path to career success. Often, society will tell us that we’re too young to start a business, or too young to advocate for change. But the truth is: age doesn’t define you, your actions do. Changing the world, your future, your career, it all starts with you. That’s why we make the list!

40 under 25 doesn’t sound as cool! 🙈

But the real reason is that the initial 25 wasn’t enough to celebrate young changemakers. Between four industries (activism, business, social impact and STEM), 25 winners could not be divided evenly.

We also had an influx of nominations from countries all across the world, so we made the decision to select 40 winners!
