Ethan belongs on the Future Minds Under 25 list because he has supported more than 100000 people through providing an opportunity to publish articles about their perspectives, interests and opinions. He received funding from his school to purchase a domain and since then he has ran essay competitions in collaboration with local councils and schools. He has launched a programme with the local council to encourage students to practice writing, helping more than 100000 people in his local area in collaboration with his team of more than 100 from 22 different countries. He has readers 50 different countries and started The Quarters in January 2025. He has interviewed high profile people like LSE professors and medical professionals and in the short span of less than 4 months, he will be sharing this at the Yorkshire and Humber Youth Trust summer event, he has also spoken at the Children's AI Summit in which his "Agenda for the Paris AI Action Summit" was shared to 150+ students and teachers and then Common Sense Media shared it to 100 organisations including Stanford University, Columbia University, the United Nations, Government of France, OpenAI and more.

Dear Members of the Selection Committee,  It is with great respect and honour that I write this letter of endorsement in strong support of Sara Gabrielli’s nomination for the Future Minds '25 Under 25 2025' distinction. As President of the Luxembourg-based NGO Bonnievale Projects, I have had the pleasure of working with Sara for the past three years, during which she has been a remarkable force in our mission to combat food poverty and improve the lives of children and young people in the informal settlement of Bonnievale, South Africa. As Secretary General of our organisation, she has played a vital role in ensuring that vulnerable communities have access to sustainable nourishment and long-term food security solutions. In addition to raising over €10,000 for our cause, Sara has championed governance reforms and ensured that our practices align with international legal standards.  Addressing hunger is at the heart of our work, and I firmly believe that passionate and driven individuals like Sara are essential in shaping policies that combat food insecurity on a global scale. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that promote sustainable food production and advocate for systemic solutions to hunger, both within and beyond our organisation.  Sara began her advocacy journey in 2021 as Vice-President of the Luxembourg Youth Parliament, where she championed youth representation in national and international policymaking. Appointed as Luxembourg's EU Youth Delegate, Sara represented her country at EU Youth Conferences, engaging with over 400 policymakers and co-authoring policy recommendations that were adopted by the European Council. In parallel, she served as a Project Amplify Fellow and UN Delegate for the UK-based NGO Theirworld—one of the world’s leading organisations advocating for education equity—where she led high-level dialogues on education reform and equity at UN summits. As Founder and Vice-President of Woman2Woman Luxembourg, Sara launched a platform dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship, leadership training and advocacy. Her commitment to amplifying female voices also led to her selection as an EU Young Ambassador and Climate Pact Ambassador, roles in which she championed youth-led climate action and gender-responsive environmental policy. In her work as a Caritas Refugee Tutor, she provided academic support and guidance to over 20 displaced youth, helping to bridge educational gaps and foster inclusion. Her dedication to social justice and equity was further recognised through her Human Rights Fellowship with the International Council on Human Rights, Peace and Politics, where she currently works on projects at the intersection of youth, peacebuilding and democratic reform. Her leadership as Chief of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the World Prosperity Organisation enabled her to shape youth judicial systems, oversee international tribunals and represent legal interests at global conferences, drawing on her legal expertise and professional experience gained at the European Parliament, the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of State, the Ministry of Finance and the State Council. Furthermore, with a deeply rooted commitment to justice and sustainable development, Sara has directly impacted over 300 children through her work as Vice-President of Aidons-tous Solidarité (ATS), where she helped secure €10,500 in funding for education and food security initiatives in South Africa. These missions provided critical resources and learning opportunities to vulnerable communities, advancing long-term socio-economic resilience. More precisely, Sara organised and facilitated workshops on sexual and reproductive health for young girls and mothers in the Plakkerscamp of Bonnievale, breaking taboos around the topic. The initiative, which started out as an interactive workshop directed towards 20 young girls and soon expanded to a broader audience, proved to be a great success in empowering the participants with vital knowledge and resources for their well-being, with over 80% of participants reporting a greater understanding of their rights and health options and 60% of the mothers seeking follow-up healthcare services as a result. I have seen firsthand how crucial it is to have leaders like Sara who can connect local realities with international advocacy efforts. One of her most notable initiatives was co-leading a resolution on the abolition of the death penalty as part of her two-year mandate with the Francophone Youth Parliament, having been elected by parliament to represent Luxembourg at the Assemblée parlementaire de la Francophonie (APF). Not only was the resolution adopted by the Youth Assembly, but it was also brought forward in discussions within national parliamentary frameworks across multiple Francophone countries—evidence of Sara’s ability to influence real policy at high levels. However, one case that particularly stands out in this regard is her work in the informal settlement of Bonnievale, South Africa: I vividly remember a touching moment during one of our community outreach programs when Sara sat down with a group of children in Bonnievale, explaining to them in simple yet powerful words why their voices matter in shaping policies, connecting with them not as a distant leader, but as an advocate who truly cares. In another touching moment, Sara and her team pooled their own resources to organise a beach trip for 50 children—many of whom, despite living near the coast, had never seen the ocean before. The pure excitement and wonder on the faces of the children reflected the power of small acts of kindness to create lasting memories. Sara’s hard work and dedication have earned her recognition, having been honoured with the Community Engagement Award for her exceptional contributions to Luxembourg society. Her academic achievements reflect the same commitment, as she is poised to graduate in the top 10% of her law cohort at the University of Luxembourg and has been admitted to the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE) for an LLM in Human Rights Law, underscoring her intellectual rigour and potential. Fluent in six languages—English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish and Spanish—Sara’s truly global mindset aligns perfectly with the Future Minds Network’s mission of empowering young leaders to drive meaningful, sustainable change on a global scale. Sara is undoubtedly an exceptional candidate for the Future Minds '25 Under 25 2025' list. Her outstanding ability to connect local challenges with global policy solutions sets her apart as a visionary leader. Intelligent and purpose-driven, Sara’s commitment to fostering youth-led, community-based solutions will be a tremendous asset to the Future Minds Network. Millicent Wenlock is a visionary leader whose work spans education, social justice, climate action, and systemic reform, creating measurable and transformative change for marginalised communities. Through initiatives like the All of Us Employment Group, she has directly supported over 1,100 care-experienced and estranged students across the UK, offering career workshops, mentorship, and advocacy to dismantle barriers in education and employment. Her policy influence extends to high-level forums, such as advising and contributing to the policy paper by the House of Lords on improving employment transitions for disabled and neurodivergent youth, ensuring their voices shape inclusive policies. She has also co-produced the Period Equity Toolkit, a groundbreaking resource to improve menstrual hygiene access for 35% of students facing period poverty, while her carbon assessments for 22 universities have driven sustainability strategies aligned with global climate goals.      Millicent’s innovative approaches tackle systemic inequities head-on. As co-designer of the Joined Up Institute, she developed a cross-sector professional program for 10,000 youth workers, bridging gaps between government, NGOs, and educators. Her leadership in the Walking the Talk Campaign saw her lobby over 40 MPs and host international conferences to advance gender equity and climate resilience, while her neurodiversity hiring training for organisations like the 10,000 Interns Foundation has opened pathways for disabled talent. She also champions circular economy solutions, exploring projects like anaerobic digesters to boost local, sustainable job growth by 15%.    Central to her work is uplifting underrepresented voices. As co-chair of the Care Experienced Movement, she amplified outreach by 40%, securing lifelong rights for care-leavers and collaborating with policymakers like the Department for Education and Josh MacAlister. Her advocacy has reached national platforms, including features in The i Paper and the BBC Fightback podcast, where she highlighted homelessness and systemic barriers care-experienced youth face. She advised and was interviewed for a documentary by the Scottish Human Rights Commission on ending the institutionalisation of individuals with learning disabilities, impacting 500+ stakeholders, and led accessibility training at The Conservation Volunteers, increasing staff with access needs by 5%. Globally, as a UNICEF Youth Foresight Delegate, she shaped policies affecting 1.5 billion young people, prioritising inclusive governance and climate action.     An example of her impact is the All of Us Employment Group, which empowers care-experienced students through peer-to-peer support and partnerships with employers. This initiative has provided tangible resources and fostered community resilience, with members reporting increased confidence and career readiness. Millicent’s intersectional approach, connecting lived experience with policy advocacy, embodies the Future Minds mission, proving that age is no barrier to driving systemic change. Her work inspires a future where equity and opportunity are accessible to all.

Antonia is a multifaceted individual. A licensed physiotherapist and a Purple Scouts member of the World Scouting Organization, she is actively involved in outreach programs aimed at providing healthcare access to underserved communities. Her projects span a range of initiatives, including a newsletter that reaches over 1,000 people, empowering the public to make knowledge-based decisions in their healthcare practices.  She has a rich leadership background, having served as the former Chief Administrator of Physiomentalis, a community for young student physiotherapists. In 2019, she became the first female physiotherapist to be named a Millennium Fellowship Alumni, and she is currently an associate founder of Herphysio.As a social advocate , she has actively contributed to planning programmes, raising funds for advocacy work and donations.Her advocacy has united Physiotherapist across the globe, inspire minds, transform leadership approaches in future healthcare workers, especially within healthcare.  As an AI ethicist, Antonia contributes to Open Ethics, an organization dedicated to developing policy frameworks for the ethical application of AI. Her commitment to healthcare accessibility is further demonstrated through her ongoing project, Doc-ish. This LLM-based initiative aims to integrate ethical and responsible AI into healthcare systems, making medical resources more accessible to those in need.  Her goal is to advocate for accessible healthcare through technology for social advocacy.

Vishal Parkash is the founder of REM and Company at Bard College Berlin — a student-driven consulting initiative that has provided pro bono strategic support to over 200 people, including small business owners, grassroots NGOs, and social entrepreneurs from Berlin to Palestine and Pakistan. REM began as a pandemic response effort offering free consulting to struggling small businesses, and under Vishal’s leadership, it has grown into a thriving digital community and knowledge-sharing hub for mission-driven ventures. One standout case study includes REM’s work with REDI School of Digital Integration, an organization supporting refugees and migrants. Vishal led a team that revamped REDI’s entire online presence, streamlined their communications strategy, and supported their fundraising and partnership efforts — significantly advising on how to enhance their children’s program visibility and capacity to reach donors and supporters. Through work like this, REM doesn’t just consult — it transforms how social enterprises communicate, fundraise, and grow. At REM, we’re on a mission to keep doors open and dreams alive. Our teams help small businesses and nonprofits identify their challenges, co-design innovative strategies, and build long-term capacity. Our work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a belief in the power of youth-led change. But Vishal is not just REM. Since the age of 14, Vishal has embodied civic engagement and social impact, working across sectors and continents. Takia Sultana Nova belongs on the Future Minds Under 25 list because she has created transformative impact in the lives of over 1,500 women in Bangladesh through her social enterprise, RoadBook BD, a women-led riding school and transport initiative. Her work directly supports women—especially students, entrepreneurs, and working mothers—who face barriers in accessing safe, independent, and affordable transportation.  People Impacted: Her initiative has empowered over 1,500 women with motorbike riding skills, many of whom are now able to travel safely, start delivery jobs, or transport their children to school. The majority of these women are from Chittagong and surrounding areas and come from middle to lower-middle-income families.  Support Provided: Takia provided hands-on riding training, mentorship, confidence-building sessions, and technical support through a growing mobile app. In addition, she is building a “Women-led Tourism & Transport Hub” in Cox’s Bazar to expand opportunities for local women in tourism, guiding, and vehicle rentals.  Funding Raised: Through competitions and partnerships, Takia raised over 3,500 USD in seed funding, including support from local events and programs like PULSE Cox’s Bazar, along with in-kind support from mentors and partners.  Meaning for the Community: For the women she works with, this initiative is more than just learning to ride—it’s about independence, mobility, and dignity. For many, it’s their first step toward employment or entrepreneurship. The initiative also addresses gender-based violence in public transport by offering safe, women-centric alternatives.  Case Study: One notable story is Rabeya Akter, a 33-year-old entrepreneur from Agrabad who struggled daily with transportation challenges. After training with RoadBook BD, she gained the confidence to travel alone, reduce her commute costs, and expand her business reach. Today, Rabeya uses her motorbike for personal mobility and is also helping train other women in her neighborhood—creating a ripple effect.
