I believe I deserve to be on the Future Minds Under 25 list because of the tangible, cross-sector impact I’ve created by merging technology, inclusion, and leadership—within Deloitte and on the global stage.  At Deloitte, I’ve led initiatives like “Storytelling with Neurodivergent Children,” which helped older children gain marketable skills through art and craft workshops, culminating in exhibitions where they sold their creations. I’ve driven cultural transformation as part of the People Panel, a firm-wide initiative to co-create a better practitioner experience—through campaigns improving compliance, process efficiency, and engagement.  Beyond the firm, I contributed to building CSW GPT—a UN Women-backed AI tool designed to enhance participation in the Beijing+30 Review and CSW processes. This tool simplified policy understanding and enabled 40+ organizations—including 25 youth-led ones—to effectively advocate for change at the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference in Bangkok (Nov 2024).  I’ve also designed and delivered AI workshops for underserved youth, demystifying GenAI and digital careers, and regularly mentor students through platforms like Unstop and college networks.  My work bridges policy, technology, and grassroots mentorship—empowering the next generation to participate, lead, and drive change with confidence and clarity.

Haniya, founder of Leading Lady Empire, is redefining what it means to empower young women. Through her visionary leadership, she has directly impacted over 6,000 girls and young women, primarily from underserved communities across Pakistan. These include high school students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who face systemic barriers in education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has built a support ecosystem that includes mentorship programs, career readiness bootcamps, mental wellness workshops, and access to networks most young women in marginalized communities are typically excluded from. Leading Lady Empire’s model doesn't just offer inspiration, it delivers tangible results: university admissions, job placements, new startups launched, and a growing community of young women who now see themselves as leaders. To date, Leading Lady Empire has raised over $75,000 through grants, community fundraising, and strategic partnerships. This funding has been reinvested into scholarships, training programs, tech access (laptops, Wi-Fi), and paying women facilitators, creating a circular economy of empowerment.  One standout story is Amina, a 17-year-old from a low-income neighborhood who joined Leading Lady Empire’s Leadership Bootcamp last year. Struggling with confidence and academic performance, she found mentorship and academic support through the program. After 8 weeks, Amina launched a school-wide mental health awareness campaign and was recently awarded a full scholarship to study psychology, something she never imagined possible. Amina now volunteers as a peer mentor, guiding other girls through the same journey.

Juliet Namujju deserves to be on the Future Minds Under 25 list because she has transformed her lived experience into a powerful social and environmental movement that is changing lives and ecosystems across Uganda. As the founder and CEO of Kimuli Collections, Juliet has directly impacted over 1,900 individuals—including 400 persons with disabilities and 1,500 marginalized youth and women—by providing them with training, dignified employment, and a platform to participate in the green economy.  She supports these groups by training them to upcycle plastic and textile waste into high-quality fashion and accessories. This empowers them with marketable skills while reducing plastic pollution in their communities. Juliet has raised over $50,000 through grants, , awards, and partnerships to fund training, provide equipment, and expand Kimuli’s production hubs.  For the people she works with—especially those with disabilities—this means economic independence, social inclusion, and renewed dignity. Instead of being seen as a burden, they are now community changemakers, climate advocates, and skilled artisans contributing to a cleaner planet.  A powerful case study is Rose Nakanjja, a deaf woman who was once unemployed and marginalized. Through Juliet’s mentorship, Rose became the lead tailoring trainer at Kimuli. Today, she trains dozens of others with disabilities, designs award-winning upcycled products, and represents the brand at national exhibitions—proof of how Juliet's model creates a ripple effect of empowerment.  Juliet is not only innovating with waste but also redesigning what inclusion and sustainability look like in Africa. Her work addresses SDGs 8, 12, and 13—proving that young minds under 25 can lead bold, intersectional change. She is the future of climate justice, fashion, and inclusive innovation.

Eliminating plastic from waste streamings impacting enviroments and public health

Emaan Danish Khan, founder of EarthWarriorz.org, is a changemaker transforming climate education and action for youth across Pakistan and beyond. At just [insert age], she has created Pakistan’s first AI climate education platform, impacted over 12,000 children, and organized environmental camps, plantation drives, and recycling workshops in rural, urban, and climate-vulnerable regions of Pakistan — including Swat, Madyan, Gwadar, and Naltar Valley (Gilgit-Baltistan).In 2024, EarthWarriorz organized a 2-day Climate Education Camp in Naltar Valley, a remote mountainous region in Gilgit-Baltistan that is facing rapid glacial melt and biodiversity loss due to climate change.  Impact:  Reached 150+ students from public and community schools.  Conducted interactive climate workshops using stories, art, and local context to make science engaging.  Distributed climate literacy kits and tree saplings for community planting.  Trained 15 local youth leaders as Earth Warriorz Ambassadors to continue climate action locally.  Support & Partnerships:  Collaborated with local school administrators, community elders, and volunteer educators.  Received in-kind support from Skillistan and Plant-for-the-Planet for curriculum and materials.  Raised approximately PKR 450,000 (USD ~$1,600) through crowdfunding, partner donations, and volunteer contributions.  Significance: For the children and youth of Naltar, this wasn’t just a workshop — it was the first time climate change was taught in their own language, linked to their mountains, forests, and traditions. The camp built local ownership of climate resilience and sparked student-led initiatives like garbage cleanups and native tree planting.  What This Means: Emaan's work isn't just environmental education — it’s youth empowerment, giving marginalized communities the knowledge and tools to protect their own future. Her model is scalable, replicable, and rooted in empathy, innovation, and grassroots engagement.  She is not only a young climate leader — she is shaping the next generation of them.
