FutureHack is an immersive program for Year 9 to 12 students, designed to build practical skills for the careers of tomorrow. Students tackle real-world challenges, creating businesses in technology, social enterprise, and innovation, guided by industry leaders and mentors.

Over six weeks, students are moving from ideas into action. They learn through skill-building workshops, mentorship, and build their own business idea, while exploring careers in technology, startups, and social enterprise.

Teams pick a real-world problem, from climate change to local community issues.
Students build skills in technology, robotics, and design thinking, while launching their own business.

Students present to local councils, investors, and industry judges, receiving feedback and opportunities for ongoing support.
After the program, selected teams pilot their ventures in retail and community settings, through the Young Artists Centre.

How does it work?
Each week of the program focuses on a new stage of innovation. Students move step-by-step through discovery, design, testing, and launch, to build skills and confidence in entrepreneurship.
