Asia Pacific's first interactive map of
youth organisations tackling OGBV

Together, these organizations form a dynamic network of change-makers, collaborating to create a future free from online gender based violence (OGBV) in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. This includes youth-led, youth-centric, and youth-servicing initiatives that offer support for survivors, enhance bystander intervention approaches, advocate for change, and prioritise the creation of awareness. 


This map, a collaboration between Future Minds Network and UN Women’s 30 for 2030 Network hopes to highlight organizations tackling OGBV across APAC and forge meaningful relationships within the sector.*

Australia's first interactive map of
the youth engagement sector

In 2021, Future Minds Network created the first interactive map of the youth engagement sector. This includes youth-led, youth-focused and youth-informed organisations that support young people across Australia. 

  • Youth-informed (working for young people – seen as ‘advisors’)
  • Youth-led (working to support young people – seen as ‘leaders’, ‘initiators’ and ‘owners’)
  • Co-designed (working with young people – seen as ‘co-collaborators’ and ‘partners’)*

Research: COVID-19 on young Australians

COVID-19 was a time of widespread uncertainty for millions of young Australians. At Future Minds, we consulted young people across Australia to listen, learn and co-design innovative solutions to pressing issues.

 

“Hacking COVID19: Youth” shines light on:

  • Key issues affecting young people
  • The impact COVID19 had on young people’s lives
  • Recommendations on what we can do to start breaking down these barriers
We’re strong believers that if we want to shape the future, we can’t do it alone. We need to gather the biggest, brightest and youngest minds in one room, and we did just that!
