Supporting young people during COVID-19
COVID-19 has been tough for young people across the world. Many lost their jobs. Many graduated high school from their living rooms. Many struggled with a feeling of helplessness whilst the world seemed to suffer.
Before 2020, it was impossible to imagine 10,000 people sitting behind their laptops for an online event. But that changed overnight. Over the past year and a half, we’ve delivered over $100,000 programs pro-bono to support thousands of young people across Australia, UK, US, Canada, Estonia and the Asia-Pacific.
- We helped young people build their own apps from their living rooms and practise new technical skills.
- We connected young people to meaningful employment in massive networking nights with recruiters
- We had fun dancing on Zoom and making friends from all over the world
